Important Message!
Dear Female Tech Leaders Community,
with the outbreak of the Covid-19 virus a lot of measures are currently in place to slow down the infection rate. This is why we have also decided after thoughtful consideration to cancel our upcoming negotiations workshop next week and postpone it to a later date.
We want to ensure the safety of you and our team. We will consider the situation carefully and notify you when we have a new date confirmed. Selected participant will still have priority for the new date.
Thank you for your understanding and in the meantime stay safe,

Get ready for our next workshop !
This negotiations workshop will help you tackle your next negotiation at work or in your studies! For this event, we partnered with Wolf Diederichs from Allianz GI, who is also a professor at the Munich Business School, teaching MBA students negotiation skills.
During this 4 hour workshop, which will take place in the AWS office in downtown Munich, you will:
Understand and put into practice some core principles of negotiation.
Identify the basic building blocks of any negotiation and develop a framework for putting them together.
Understand the difference between win/win and win/lose negotiation and learn to balance the two approaches.
Experience relevant psychology and common mistakes.
What do I need?
Bring an open mind ready to discuss! As this is an interactive workshop, you can leave your laptop at home. AWS will provide snacks and drinks during the workshop.
How to apply?
If you want to participate, please click here to fill out the application form. The registration is closed by the 6th of March, 23:59!
Places for this workshop are limited.
Accepted participants will be notified the week after. Whether you are a male or a female, experienced in Negotiation or not, you can apply for a free ticket!
The workshop is free of charge. The participant selection is based on diversity of background and experience. This workshop is also open to all FTL community members, regardless of seniority/experience or specific industry/study specialty.
We are very much looking forward to your applications!
