Ever thought of starting your own business? But no idea how to make the first steps? No problem - we got you! :)
In cooperation with the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship (SCE), the Female Tech Leaders (FTL) offer you this mini series of entrepreneurship workshops.
In the first workshop we will focus on transforming your idea into business.
We introduce you to the widely used Business Model Canvas (BMC) tool, give you a brief theoretical overview of the tool and various business models. Then it’s your turn to get things done and make your first entrepreneurial steps. By discussing and presenting your model and idea to other participants you’ll directly benefit from each other. Also, our experienced coaches give you a helping hand to develop your business journey.
What do I need?
Nothing but yourself and your motivation and intrest in your own entrepreneurial personality.

Event Format:
During this 1½ hours workshop in person we will:
Get theoretical input on different business models and how to use the BMC
Develop your first strategy and business model
Get direct feedback from other participants (i.e. your potential target group) and experienced coaches and start-up consultants
Get an overview of start-up support options in the Munich ecosystem
Expand your (professional) network while having a (free) drink
This much we can already reveal - becoming an entrepreneur is fun, a rollercoaster and can be learnt!

Guests of honor:
This workshop series will be led by Jana Hollmann and Moritz Hoffmann from Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship (SCE).
Jana is a start-up coach, workshop facilitator and event moderator at the SCE. She is a trained systemic consultant, business coach and trainer and founder of Jakale.
Moritz is the Head of Executive Education at the SCE. He is an experienced founder, start-up coach and door opener. He is also consulting several start-up companies.
The Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship (SCE) is the entreprenurship center of HM Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences (HM).
The SCE start-up activities offer guidance for young businesses from idea development to innovation, business incubation, international networking and collaboration with external service providers e.g. venture capitalists, specialised IT consultants etc. The outreach activities focus on supporting the regional, national and international eco system to create an alive entrepreneurship community. www.sce.de
