What's happening?
Effective communication today is, personal, authentic, and consistent. It is about trust: the human and their counterparts can perceive qualitative differences and convince with passion. That is applicable for start-ups as well as for the leadership at companies: Employers are the new brand ambassadors. The development of a personal brand establishes brand expertise and furthermore rises the quality of processes in the business with effective communication.

The Coach
Regina Mehler is entrepreneur and founder of 1st ROW and the WOMEN SPEAKER FOUNDATION. She develops leadership brands and personal expert brands for executives and management. As business consultant, her focus is on the topics innovation and change management with the core competency in marketing. She has the know-how from more than twenty years of working experience, mainly in leadership roles in the IT sector: she was in charge of innovative marketing and change management in companies like Siebel, Software AG and Adobe. She is member of the advisory board of the European marketing network CMO Council.
Her book “The Phoenix Effect” is about innovation management and marketing with thinking outside the box. Regina Mehler is a member of the board at the German Founder Foundation and subject specialist at the University of St. Gallen.
